Keyboard shortcuts or access keys allow you to navigate to certain areas of the site without using the mouse to click links.

Depending on your browser type use one of the following:
Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key, then press ENTER.
Internet Explorer 4: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
Internet Explorer 5+ for Mac: Hold down the CTRL key and select the number/letter of the access key
Internet Explorer 4.5 for Mac: Access keys are not supported.
Netscape 6+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
Netscape earlier versions: Access keys are not supported.
Mozilla: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
Browser Text Controls
If you have difficulty reading text because it is too small you can selecting a new text size with the text resizing tool within your browser's toolbar. Most browsers feature this.
This tool is also available in the menu of various browsers as follows:
Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6 (PC): view > text size
Internet Explorer 5 (Mac): view > text zoom
Netscape 6, 7, Mozilla: view > text zoom
Opera 7: view > zoom
Safari (Mac): View > Make Text Bigger
Firefox: View > Increase Text Size
